How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Usually within 24 hours on weekdays. For more complex enquiries I'll send a short acknowledgement first and follow up with detail.
What does a first call look like?
Phone or video, 20 to 30 minutes, no obligation. We talk through scope, timing and budget. You get a concrete quote afterwards.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. A rough idea or a few references is enough. Sharpening the brief is part of what I do.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes, happily. I have my own NDA template and will also sign yours if you have one.
Who will I be working with?
Me, directly, from first contact through delivery. No account manager in between.
What languages do you work in?
German and English. Projects can run in either.
